***READ THIS BEFORE ENTERING THE SYSTEM***
The system rolls over yearly on or around the 2nd week in January. SARA TIER II is for the previous years information and the State Fire Marshal reporting is for the current years information thus why we call it the Combined HAZMAT reporting system.
Submission deadline is March 1 of every year!
Important System Notices
If you no longer require a hazardous materials permit because you sold or closed the business, the chemicals no longer are reportable, or no longer meet the minimum threshold, you need to complete the Notice of Change Form and, if applicable, the Termination of Hazardous Materials Storage Form. Once complete mail it to our office at the address below.
System User Change
If you are changing the User of the system because they no longer work there or have moved on to a different job, please fill out the User Change Request Form. Only one User is allowed per company.
If you are completing your submission and have generated your invoice, please call the Financial Services Unit if it shows a credit on your account. We have experienced problems with the data transferred from the old system showing incorrect billing on accounts.
Please ensure that you add our email address: email@example.com to your un-block list so that you can receive our automated messages for your account and any updates. You must be able to receive our emails so that you know your permit is ready to be downloaded and to receive our message once a year telling you it is time to submit again. This is your responsibility to ensure your email account is correct and can receive our emails as you will get no other contact from our office about your account except via email.
